Is there anywhere on the west side of Evansville to ride? I'm interested in taking casual rides, site seeing, cruising, etc. I plan on going to Lynville this spring or summer but for now, I want something mellow to break in the T-Rex. I just picked it up today. Currently it has about 15 minutes of run time on it.

There is no place I know of on the West Side to ride. According to what I understand, in Vanderburgh County, you can ride your ORV on gravel roads only (with the use of a DNR off-road permit).

In Posey County, you can drive your ORV on any road thats owned or maintained by the County (gravel and paved). You can pull off the side of the road in Posey County, unload your quad and take off riding.... if your have your Indiana DNR off-road permit, of course.

Congrats on the Teryx and welcome to LCTR! :rider:

I talked to a Sheriff Patrolman yesterday and he told me that it's illegal to ride on any road in Vand. Co.
